Of course, exercise is not just for teens and seniors but for anyone wanting to improve their quality of life. The majority of my clients range in age from 35-65. These are average people wanting to lose a few pounds and gain some strength to look and feel better--with my help they are succeeding! And in the process, they have become more energetic, more confident and are living a more active lifestyle.

The process starts with a free consultation where we discuss your goals, needs and any concerns you may have including medical conditions, injuries or limitations.
We then set an appointment for your initial fitness evaluation to determine the best course of action to take when designing your fitness program.
Because there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" fitness program, I will have you try various types of exercises to see which ones feel right for you. When an exercise feel right, we add it to your program, when it does not, we find one that does. In the end, you will have a customized fitness program designed to maximize the time you have to deliver results you will be proud of!
