Basic Training is an outdoor bootcamp style fitness class designed to get you results. Run, shuffle and jump, improve speed, agility, and endurance while being motivated and inspired. No quitting, the only option is to become stronger and work harder while having fun! All ages and fitness abilities are welcome to attend. If you aren't being pushed you are only cheating yourself.
