My ultimate goal is to teach you how to re-think and shift one's underlying limiting beliefs so that you can achieve new heights with physical fitness. Many people reach weight loss or other fitness related plateaus because of mental blocks or character traits that are subconsciously sabatoging their goal. I will combine mental and physical fitness together to help you achieve a balanced mind and body in our Personal Fitness Training sessions.
Whether you are just beginning to get back into shape or have made being healthy and fit a lifelong pursuit, everybody needs support and guidance from time to time, which is why I offer Online Personal Training, which is the next best thing to having a personal trainer right by your side.
What do I offer in my training sessions?
- Progress and Motivation - I will access your initial fitness, body measurements and provide continuous feedback throughout your workouts. These will also be re-evaluated every 4 weeks or 6 sessions.
- Weight Training - Resistance training is the secret ingredient to achieving your fitness goals. Around the age of 25, your metabolism starts to decline and by using resistance training, we will increase that metabolism to help you burn more fat.
- Diet and Nutrition Planning - NO crash or fad dieting, you will instead learn how to eat healthy on the run, learn how to cook tasty, healthy meals and learn how to properly shop for nutritious foods.
- Cardiovascular Exercise - Cardio is the 3rd most important ingredient for achieving your fitness goals. Cardio is the tool to rid your body of unhealthy body fat.
- Flexibility Training - This will help prevent injuries and keep your muscles supple. It also increases your range of motion, reduces or eliminates lower back pain, improves posture and promotes mental relaxation.

Do I need a gym membership?
No, I will do the training here in my home. I have a home gym, treadmill, elliptical/stair climber machine, free weights and much more. Check out my workout room page for photos of the our workout space.

Times I am available:
Weekdays: 5am-7am, 6pm-9pm
