We provide both an in person program as well as an online service. My training philosophy is build Stamina thru conditioning exercises then Flexibility and Core strength and the development of Lean Muscle leading to Overall Physical Health! I am presently creating a local Hiking Club to enjoy the beautiful Az Desert on our weekends, and can help you become more conditioned for outdoor activities.

I support both the Live and Online Training Programs with weekly phone and email consultations, designed to provide you training information, so that you get your desired results.
