Exclusively Personal is a privately owned business conducted from my home in Waterbury, CT. The equipment that I have  are weights, treadmill, exercise bike, Ab equipment, medicine ball and much more.

You will have the option of working out at my home, your home, your gym or outdoors.

The benefit of a privately owned business is that there is no crowd and you NEVER have to wait for a machine.  The focus is exclusively on YOU.
