Brides Boot camp! - Looking for someone to kick your rear into wedding gown or better yet honeymoon shape? With me, you will sweat your way into a shapely toned, firm body for that beautiful sleevless dress and those sexy little nothings you want to wear on your honeymoon. This is a 3 month minimum package, but can be expanded if you are starting your program well before 3 months. Brides to be receive a special discount of 10% off the reg price package of 36 sessions.
If anyone in your bridal party would like to join you including the groom to be, (up to 2 people per session) I will give 10% off of the team packages. Your wedding pictures will last forever and you will be so proud of all the hard work you did to accomplish that smokin' body in those pictures!

With Better Bodies By Carmel the gym comes to you! I will come to your home or office, with all the equipment you need to get a challenging total-body workout without your leaving your front door.
I provide the fitness and exercise plan, the equipment, and the instruction. You provide the desire to change, and the right attitude.
- Will you work with my schedule?
Absolutely! Your personal training sessions are scheduled at times that are convenient for you, when you can be free of distraction, and when you feel that you can be at your best for your workout.
Because it eliminates excuses! Not enough time to go to the gym? The gym comes to you. You can work out on your lunch hour, or at any time of day that works for you. Excuse gone! Don’t like the “meat market” atmosphere? I don’t either. When you work out at home or in your office, you don’t have to compete with anyone, dress up for anyone, or work out to impress anyone. Excuses gone!
Many people already own equipment, and don’t want to join a gym (and you shouldn't have to!) You may own exercise videos that you don’t watch (or ONLY watch, and don’t actually participate.) Or you have tried it once and gave up. Having a trainer work with you can teach you how to properly use the equipment you have, motivate you (when you have the time and resources and just don’t do it anyway) and give you ideas of things you can use—right in your home—to improve your fitness and health.
It’s also a good opportunity to have a fitness professional evaluate your environment for foods that could jeopardize your program, if that’s something that would be helpful. I might ask to look in your refrigerator or pantry from time to time, and address any “triggers” that could get you off track or lead to a lapse. NOT to judge you; but to be a resource, and give you advice about things you might try as alternatives.

I will personally go with you to the grocery store and help you choose the best choices for the recipes you like best in your new nutrition plan. No extra cost, just replace this with your first session and your kitchen will be all set up. I will show you what I use and what to look for and avoid when you are on your own.
